Welcome, to our Shoreline Hockey's - 2026 Shoreline Summer Hockey League (SHL) registration.  

This program will be hosted at The Plex - 600 Tomlinson Drive, Port Elgin, On.  Our 2025 summer league will operate between May through August 2026 for hockey players born between 01-January-2018 to 31-December-2013.  Our program is open to all players within these age groups, regardless of their base associations & minor hockey programs (OMHA/OWHA/Alliance).  All players will be required to skate fluently forwards, backwards, handle the puck, stop & recover from the ice. 

Ice times will rotate between Tuesday & Wednesday evenings & Sunday afternoons, with the potential other days being considered.  Players can expect to be scheduled for one-two hours of ice time per week from the middle of May to the middle of August.  This is a 4 on 4 summer hockey league that will consist of 4 skill-based divisions (Rookie, Pro, All Star & Elite). Registration will include 10 regular season games, 3 exhibition games, up to 3 playoff games and 2 evaluation ice times as required.  Roster sizes will target a maximum of 12 skaters & 1 goaltender per team, but cannot be guaranteed.

Registration will be open effective 01-September-2025 & will be accepted on a first registered basis.  This program has registration limits for each age group including a limit on goaltenders.  Communication from Shoreline Hockey will be provided if your player does not meet registration requirements & our registration program will close once registration limits are reached.  Registration fees will consist of $398.23 + $51.77 HST = $450.00 CDN.  Registration fees must be paid between January 1st 2026 to March 31st 2026 to confirm your players registration.  HST receipts can be requested through www.shorelinehockey.ca/contact.  Registration is confirmed through this registration portal and upon receipt of clinic fees via e-transfer to shorelinehockey@gmail.com.  E-transfers must include your players name and birth year.

Our Shoreline Hockey Summer 4on4 league (SHL) is committed to providing a quality & competitive hockey league for all participants. Players will be selected to divisions (Rookie, Pro, All Star & Elite) based on their skillset (reference the projected age/divisional guideline below).  Divisions & teams will be drafted by Shoreline Hockey evaluators & coaches based on skillsets to establish equal competition throughout the season & into playoffs.  Friend, player & coach requests will be considered, but no guaranteed to honor our commitment to a competitive hockey program.

Shoreline Hockey will reward our top performing players with top scorer & goalie awards per division.  We will also honor the SHL player of the week based on individual & team performance.  The SHL will maintain player & team statics through our SHL scoreboard & website standings.  Award winners will receive SHL gear & prizes for being top performers.  For our division champions & finalists, the SHL will award these teams with end of season hardware to honor the success of their team.  Shoreline Hockey will be capturing on ice photography & videos as part of our social media in season updates.  Please reference our registration waiver for acknowledge of this requirement.

This Shoreline Hockey registration includes ice times, facility usage, league jersey usage, officiating, score keeping, web site scheduling/statistics & Shoreline Hockey League programing.

Requests for cancelled registration can be submitted through our www.shorelinehockey.ca/contact.  Full refunds will be permitted for requests submitted prior to April 4th 2026.  Cancellation requests between April 4th 2026 - May 15th 2026 will received a 50% refund of $225.00 CDN.  Cancellation requests after May 15th 2026 will not be eligible for a refund for their 2026 Shoreline Hockey League registration.

Players will be provided with Shoreline Hockey League jerseys for use during the 2026 Shoreline Summer Hockey League, all league jerseys must be returned un-damaged (free of excessive stains/mold), or players will be charged a jersey replacement fee of $100.00 CDN.  In completion of this registration for your player, you are providing confirmation of these stated requirements in regard to our cancellation & SHL jersey usage policy.  Please reference the following jersey sizing chart in support of your players registration:  https://www.athleticknit.com/sizing-chart
