Shoreline Hockey is looking for quality individuals & certified referees for our Shoreline Summer Hockey League. Our Shoreline Hockey League will operate from June 3rd 2025 until Aug 17th 2025 on Tuesday, Wednesday & Sunday evenings. Ice times will vary from 6PM-9PM on weekdays & 5PM-7PM on Sundays.
Referees are expected to be qualified as per the Ontario Hockey Federation & OMHA's officiating regulations. Referees age 18 & older, must have a current vulnerable sector background check as of Jan 1st 2023. Applicants are required to notify Shoreline Hockey if their vulnerable sector background check status has changed. Referees under the age of 18 will not require a vulnerable sector background check.
Shoreline Hockey will compensate referees based on age & experience, ranging from junior referees (under 18) $20/hour to senior referees $35/hour. Travel fees are not included.
Successful referee applicants will be expected to be reliable, dependable, have an ability to focus with an attention to detail. Interested applicants are encouraged to complete the following application form.
