🏆 THE SHORELINE CUP CHAMPIONSHIP FINALS ARE SET! 🌊

The road to the Shoreline Cup has reached its final stop!

After two weeks of playoff hockey, the field of 20 teams has been reduced to eight finalists across our four divisions. Regular-season leaders were challenged, lower seeds battled their way through the bracket, and now four Shoreline Cup Championships will be decided on Sunday, August 23 at The Plex! 🏒🔥

Interestingly, the Championship Finals feature two 1st-place teams, three 2nd-place teams and three 3rd-place teams. No 4th- or 5th-place team was able to complete the run to Championship Sunday.

🔰 ROOKIE CHAMPIONSHIP

3:00 PM — #3 Rookie Wings vs #2 Rookie Leafs

🍁 Rookie Leafs — 2nd Place
The Leafs finished the regular season in 2nd place and earned the more direct path through the playoff bracket. Their playoff matchup against the 1st-place Rookie Hawks determined the first Championship finalist, and the Leafs came through to punch their ticket to August 23.

🪽 Rookie Wings — 3rd Place
The Wings have taken the longer road. After finishing 3rd overall, they first had to advance past the 4th-place Rookie Bruins before meeting the top-seeded Hawks. Another playoff victory earned the Wings their place in the Championship Final.

🅿️ PRO CHAMPIONSHIP

4:00 PM — #3 Pro Bruins vs #1 Pro Wings

🪽 Pro Wings — 1st Place
The Wings entered the playoffs as the division's regular-season champions, finishing with an impressive nine wins. Their first playoff test came against the 2nd-place Pro Hawks, and the Wings continued their strong season by advancing directly to the Championship Final.

🐻 Pro Bruins — 3rd Place
The Bruins finished 3rd and had a tougher route to Championship Sunday. They first advanced past the 4th-place Pro Canadiens, who had earned their opportunity after getting through the opening playoff round. The Bruins then faced the 2nd-place Hawks and earned the second spot in the final.

🌟 ALL-STAR CHAMPIONSHIP

5:00 PM — #1 All Star Hawks vs #2 All Star Wings

This one gives us a rematch between the top two teams from the regular season.

🪽 All Star Wings — 2nd Place
The Wings finished the season in 2nd place and immediately faced the 1st-place All Star Hawks in their opening playoff matchup. The Wings earned the victory and became the first team to secure a spot in the All-Star Championship.

🐤 All Star Hawks — 1st Place
The Hawks' path was a little different. After finishing 1st overall, their opening loss to the Wings sent them to the other side of the playoff bracket. There they met the 5th-place Canadiens, who had already battled their way past both the 4th-place Bruins and 3rd-place Leafs. The Hawks responded when they needed to and earned another opportunity against the Wings—this time with the Shoreline Cup on the line.

💢 ELITE CHAMPIONSHIP

6:00 PM — #3 Elite Canadiens vs #2 Elite Bruins

The Elite Division playoffs have delivered some of the closest and most dramatic hockey of the postseason, including both overtime and shootout finishes.

🐻 Elite Bruins — 2nd Place
After finishing 2nd overall, the Bruins were immediately matched against the 1st-place Elite Leafs. It took a shootout to determine a winner, with the Bruins earning the direct ticket into the Elite Championship Final.

🔵 Elite Canadiens — 3rd Place
The Canadiens entered the playoffs as the 3rd seed and have had to earn their way through two rounds. First came an overtime battle against the 4th-place Elite Wings, followed by a matchup against the 1st-place Leafs. The Canadiens came through both tests to complete their run to Championship Sunday.
