πŸ† Celebrating Our 2026 Shoreline Hockey Finalists! 🌊

Reaching Championship Sunday is an accomplishment worth celebrating, and four teams completed outstanding summer seasons by earning their opportunity to play for the Shoreline Cup. From a field of 20 teams across four divisions, the Rookie Maple Leafs, Pro Red Wings, All-Star Red Wings and Elite Canadiens battled through the regular season and the playoff bracket to finish as our 2026 Shoreline Hockey Finalists. πŸ₯ˆπŸ’

🍁 Rookie Maple Leafs β€” Rookie Finalists
The Rookie Leafs put together one of the division's strongest regular seasons, finishing 2nd overall with a 5-3-2 record and 12 points. Their +18 goal differential was the best in the Rookie Division, scoring 58 goals while allowing only 40. In the playoffs, the Leafs faced the 1st-place Rookie Hawks with a direct trip to Championship Sunday on the line and delivered when it mattered most. Their victory earned them a spot in the Shoreline Cup Final against the Rookie Wings and capped an excellent summer of consistent, competitive hockey.

πŸͺ½ Pro Red Wings β€” Pro Finalists
Few teams were as dominant during the regular season as the Pro Wings. They captured 1st place with an incredible 9-1 record, scoring a division-leading 85 goals while allowing only 33 for an outstanding +52 goal differential. They entered the playoffs riding a nine-game winning streak and continued their success by advancing past the 2nd-place Pro Hawks to secure a place in the Championship Final. Their combination of offensive production and consistency made them one of Shoreline Hockey's standout teams throughout the entire 2026 season.

πŸͺ½ All-Star Red Wings β€” All-Star Finalists
The All-Star Wings finished 2nd overall with a 6-4 record and 12 points, ending the regular season with three consecutive victories. Their playoff journey immediately presented the biggest challenge possibleβ€”a matchup against the 1st-place All-Star Hawks. The Wings rose to the occasion, defeating the regular-season leaders and becoming the first team to punch its ticket to the All-Star Championship. The Hawks eventually worked their way back through the bracket, setting up a Championship Final rematch between the division's top two regular-season teams.

πŸ”΅ Elite Canadiens β€” Elite Finalists
The Elite Canadiens may have had the most dramatic road to Championship Sunday. After finishing 3rd overall with a 4-5-1 record, scoring and allowing exactly 51 goals, they entered the playoffs knowing there would be little room for error. Their first challenge against the 4th-place Elite Wings required overtime, and after surviving that battle, the Canadiens knocked off the 1st-place Elite Leafs to earn their place in the Shoreline Cup Final. Two difficult playoff victories demonstrated the resilience and determination that carried them all the way to the season's biggest game.

πŸ‘ A huge congratulations goes out to the Rookie Maple Leafs, Pro Red Wings, All-Star Red Wings and Elite Canadiens. Finishing as a Shoreline Hockey Finalist means overcoming an entire summer of competition and finding a way to perform when the stakes are highest. These four teams earned their silver medals, created some incredible playoff moments and should be extremely proud of what they accomplished during the 2026 Shoreline Hockey season. πŸ₯ˆπŸŒŠπŸ’
